Kia Orana & welcome to the Umu Experience.

We are the Umu Experience based here in beautiful Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

We are a cultural venue in the village of Tupapa & specialise in a unique Polynesian method of cooking food under ground, known as the "umu". We show you how this is done in our Umu dinner & show & provide you with dinner from the umu & a buffet of hot & cold dishes & salads.
